Return Process

Carefully pack the furniture in its original protective packaging, ensuring all components and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture couriers to schedule a convenient pickup time from your location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
